Shipping & Returns


POSTAGE & PACKING COSTS 

Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose. The postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

All Products

• Standard individual postage and packaging on products may vary. Multiple items will increase the postage in stages.

• International Delivery on Orders made before 2pm Mon-Thurs where possible will be dispatched same day, however may take up to 24 - 72hrs to arrive pending location. All orders placed will be either couriered or posted with a tracked and signed for service.

• We do not offer a FREE collection from depot service.

STANDARD DELIVERY
95% of orders are despatched within 1-3 working days and normally delivered to your chosen address within 5 working days. For small packages this is a Royal mail tracked and signed service and requires a doorstep signature.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY TIMES
We offer our customers a tracking number for their delivery, our courier service insists on a customer mobile contact number as they can send SMS Texts to update the delivery service so you can plan your time. Our postal service will leave an advisory calling/delivery card if the delivery address is non responsive.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Excluding international orders, 95% of orders are despatched within 2-3 working days to the address provided by you in your order. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the date you received or collected your complete order to notify us of items you are not completely happy with.

We must receive any item you return to us within 14 calendar days of your notification to us of your intention complete order being received by you. Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel, to us. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage on return of part orders. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.

MISSING CLAIMS
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order, you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation. PCB Stores take NO responsibility for missing packages if the enquire or claim exceeds 60 days from dispatch and notification date.

MISSED DELIVERY AND NON COLLECTION OF PACKAGE
In the event of parcels not being collected or delivery rearranged, depending on the country the package has been sent to, some packages are destroyed by the incumbant country, to which we have no control over. If the package is returned to our delivery company, the customer maybe liable for additional postage and delivey costs. Any disputes regarding non collection and re-delivery charges need to be addressed to support@pcbstores.com

HOW TO RETURN ORDERS
If you wish to return an item, please email the company, at support@pcbstores.com , stating your reasons for returning the item and include your membership name, your real name and your order number. PCB Stores offer a 14 day money back guarantee, however if the product has been used, tampered with or appear to have contents missing, a full refund may not be applicable. Please send all returns to our Dispatch and Fulfillment Company based in the UK. Items must include a copy of your dispatch note.

RETURNS BY POST
To return items by post please repackage them carefully and contact support@pcbstores.com for returns address details.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt, we will replace the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any postage charges you paid for returning it. Please contact customer support, at support@pcbstores.com, if you believe your product to be faulty.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider. If PCB Stores are at fault and you have recieved the wrong product , PCB Stores will refund any standard postage paid on orders returned in full, however if the customer has changed their minds and no longer wants or needs the products, pending review of circumstances, PCB Stores reserves the right the issue a refund on postage. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage on return of part orders.

PAYPAL
If you have paid for your order by PayPal, we will follow their returned and refund guidelines.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund on anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty. [The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give us the right to reduce the amount of refund that you receive, in the event that non faulty items being returned are damaged or used in any way. The amount of that we might reduce your refund by will be dependent on the decrease in value of your use of the item. You should note that should your use mean that your items cannot be resold, this reduction may be 100%.
